Meet Oleta Schranz, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for family health.
Oleta's nearly 20-year journey in healthcare began at Odessa College and led her to earn a Summa Cum Laude degree in Nursing from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. She has extensive experience with pediatric and neonatal care, having worked in various departments at Children's Medical Center of Dallas before earning her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas Woman's University in 2012.

Now based in Celina, TX, Oleta is dedicated to understanding and meeting your unique health needs. With a warm approach and a commitment to personalized care, she's here to guide you and your family toward better health and wellness. Sandra Barboza, Practice Manager
With over 20 years in the medical field and a clinical and medical assistance degree, I bring a deep understanding of healthcare and a passion for patient care.
A proud member of the American Association of Notaries, I uphold high professional and ethical standards.
Originally from California, I've called Texas home for 11 years, embracing its vibrant culture. Married to my high school sweetheart for 32 years, we've raised three children and cherish our two grandchildren and four dogs.
I am committed to bringing dedication, compassion, and positivity to my professional and personal life, continually striving to make a difference.
Lauren Brandt, FNP-C
Lauren is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for women’s health, preventative care, and serving the older adult population. She grew up in Prosper and now has the privilege of serving the community she calls home.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Lauren is passionate about providing patient-centered care and ensuring each of her patients feels heard, valued, and well cared for.
When she’s not caring for her patients, Lauren enjoys spending time with her two Golden Retrievers, Belle and Dixie, and loves to travel, read, and spend time with her family.
Jarret Cotton, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Jarret is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with special interests in cardiology, sports medicine, and pediatrics.
Jarret attended Texas Tech University for his Bachelor’s degree and Texas State University for his Master’s degree.
Jarret’s background in healthcare includes family and emergency medicine. Before nursing, Jarret was a Firefighter/Paramedic for the Odessa Fire Department.
Jarret incorporates patient-centered care with evidence-based practice at Preston Family Healthcare. During off days, Jarret enjoys exercise, sports, and traveling with his wife Morgan.
Jarret has two spoiled dogs named Seymour and Mac. He looks forward to providing you with high-quality patient care.
Joshua Servin, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Joshua is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with special interests in mental health, weight loss management, and LGBTQIA+ tailored care.
He graduated from Baylor University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2023. His nursing background encompassed medical-surgical, telemetry, day surgery, and post-anesthesia care before becoming a member of the Preston Family Healthcare team.
